Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

BertoProduction, Tax ID Y-4514/312-R, based in Alicante, Spain, email support@buffoshop.com (the "Seller"). The Site buffoshop.com sells t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other print-on-demand items.

2. Products and print on demand

Each item is printed only after order confirmation by one of our partner facilities in the European Union (for deliveries in Europe) or in the United States (for deliveries in North America). Product images are renderings: colors and print placement may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for Italy and Spain are in euros, VAT included. Prices for the United States are in US dollars, taxes excluded (any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA) or PayPal. The order is complete when you receive the confirmation email.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated times: production 2-5 business days; delivery 3-8 business days in Italy and Spain, 5-10 business days in the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email. Mugs may ship in a separate package. If a shipment is delayed by more than 20 days (EU) or 15 days (US) after dispatch with no tracking updates, we will reprint it free of charge or issue a refund.

5. Returns & refunds (United States)

Because every item is printed to order, all sales of print-on-demand items to customers in the United States are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or ordering the wrong color, so please check the size guide and your order details carefully before checkout.

The following exceptions apply:

  • Defects, misprints, or wrong item. If your item arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or differs from what you ordered (wrong design, size, or color), contact us at support@buffoshop.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice, with no return shipping required.
  • Lost parcels. If your tracking information has not been updated for 15 days after dispatch, contact us and we will send a free replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers only)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable national consumer law (in Spain, articles 68-79 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU; in Italy, articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005), consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, for products in our catalog.

The right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 103.c TRLGDCU) to products personalized according to your instructions (text or images uploaded by you).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "Withdraw from order" button on the Withdrawal page or write to support@buffoshop.com. You will receive confirmation on a durable medium. The refund is issued within 14 days using the same payment method. For items worth less than EUR 35, we may refund you without asking for the item back; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility and we will provide the return address.

7. Legal warranty and defective products

For EU consumers, all products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity. If you receive a damaged item, a misprint, or a size different from the one you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo: we will reprint the item free of charge or issue a full refund, at your choice, with no return shipping costs.

8. Customer support

Support is available in English, Spanish, and Italian via chat on the Site and by email at support@buffoshop.com. Requests may initially be handled by an automated assistant; you can always ask to speak with a human operator.

9. Dispute resolution

Consumers residing in the EU can use the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For EU consumers, the competent courts are those of the consumer's place of residence.

10. Intellectual property

All designs are original and owned by the Seller. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

11. Governing law

This contract is governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country or state of residence.
