Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers only. If you reside in the European Union, you can withdraw from an order of catalog products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; in Spain, arts. 68-79 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU; in Italy, art. 52 of the Consumer Code). This right does not apply to products personalized according to your instructions. Customers in the United States: please see the "Returns & refunds (United States)" section of our Terms.

How to withdraw

1. Enter your order number and the email used for the purchase below, then click "Withdraw from order".
2. Confirm on the second screen (a double confirmation so that your request is recorded).
3. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your request.
4. If the item is worth less than EUR 35, we will refund you without asking for the item back. Otherwise, we will send you the return address: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
5. Refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

You can also write to support@buffoshop.com using this text:

I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [description] · Ordered on [date] / received on [date] · Name of consumer · Address of consumer · Date.

Defective or wrong product?

No withdrawal needed: write to us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint the item free of charge or refund you (see Terms, section 7).
